Norman Clegg is a long-time PEMAC member and is the association's executive director. He's responsible for administration and management of the association. PEMAC is a not-for-profit organization. Its mission is to improve the professionalism, performance, safety and outside recognition of its members. PEMAC provides specialized education and training (M.M.P. -- Maintenance Management Professional) certification program, which is delivered through the college system in Canada, as well as national conferences like MainTrain. Brian Malloch has enjoyed a career of over 30 years in numerous Canadian industry sectors in several capacities such as implementing and managing Lean Production initiatives, Plant Management, Facilities and Production Maintenance Management and Plant Engineering Management. Brian has achieved global recognition for his accomplishments in Physical Asset Management and Lean Production System developments. He is a well-recognized leader in physical asset management and is often a presenter at global conferences and seminars. Brian has also been featured in numerous articles in various publications including a cover story as a "Maintenance Master" in PEM.

Brian is President of the Plant Engineering and Maintenance Association of Canada (PEMAC) and participates on the Steering Committee of MainTrain 2007, Canada's premier conference for physical asset management. He has chaired the PEMAC Professional Development Committee and continues to participate in many of PEMAC's professional development initiatives with Canada's colleges of applied science and technology in support of the MMP (Maintenance Management Professional) certification program.

Brian Malloch has enjoyed numerous professional accomplishments including the honour of being the recipient of the 2002 Annual Sergio Guy Memorial Award honouring his significant contributions to the Maintenance and Plant Engineering Profession in Canada. Other professional achievements include breakthrough successes in industrial energy conservation and energy management implementations at several different companies.

In addition to his current position at DoALL Canada, Inc. as Director of Manufacturing, Brian is also President of Twenty First Century Industry Solutions Inc., a group that specializes in developing and implementing world class integrated industrial solutions.

Todd Phillips has been on the steering committee for MainTrain since its inception in 2002. Phillips is the Director of Product and Business Development with CLB Media. As an award-winning journalist and former editor of Advanced Manufacturing (advancedmanufacturing.com), PEM Plant Engineering and Maintenance (pem-mag.com) and Canadian Occupational Safety (cos-mag.com) magazines. Phillips helps provide content and marketing support for the MainTrain events. CLB Media (clbmedia.ca) is the official marketing partner of MainTrain and a leading provider of business to business publications, websites, and events.

André Voshart is the editor of PEM Plant Engineering and Maintenance magazine (pem-mag.com), Canada's authoritative voice on engineering, maintenance, operations and facility management, and REM Resource Engineering and Maintenance magazine (rem-mag.com). He was formerly editor of Manufacturing Automation (automationmag.com), a sister publication at CLB Media Inc. CLB Media is the official MainTrain media sponsor, and André will act as a moderator for MainTrain sessions and help run the awards evening.

A seasoned publishing industry professional, Leesa Nacht joins the MainTrain content committee in her capacity as  publisher of PEM Plant Engineering and Maintenance magazine. In her years in publishing, she has worked at helping to organize industry events, symposiums and conferences for the industries represented by her magazines.
