PEMAC is a national not for profit association providing global leadership, education and certification in world class maintenance, reliability and asset management practices. It was founded in the late `80`s with a clear understanding that maintenance, reliability and asset management is a team process. PEMAC members come from every industry sector, and they are all responsible for asset management and are the decision makers in their businesses.

PEMAC developed the MMP (Maintenance Management Professional) education and certification program, now delivered through Continuing Education and Contract Training divisions at selected Colleges, Institutes and Universities across Canada using in-class, on-site or live, on-line formats in both official languages (English and French).  There is a student workload of between 675h - 900h for the eight Modules, including 21 examination hours and a 30h Capstone project. Our membership database is 4.000+ with an additional 1,500+ MMP students each year at the teaching institutions.
